5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all HSE data and content you submit to the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide our services.

5.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all HSE data entered into the Platform. The Platform is a tool to assist with HSE management and does not replace professional judgment or regulatory compliance obligations.

5.3 Data Backup

While we implement robust backup procedures, we recommend maintaining your own backups of critical HSE records as appropriate for your organization.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by HSE All in One and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our software or content
• Reverse engineer or decompile our systems
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our Platform

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Fees

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any workplace incidents or HSE failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HSE All in One, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period

12. Changes to Terms
